We wish this Charlottenburg, Berlin boutique hotel had a more original name, but still, what the hell, it’s a very charming place. Sprinkled with historical, artistic elements, Hotel Art Nouveau offers plenty of old-style chic in a pretty overlooked area of West Berlin. It’s a hard-to-define kind of place. It’s got meeting rooms and facilities, so it sees the odd business traveller, but mainly feels something like a hang-out space for artists. It always feels homely and down-to-earth, that’s for sure.
