The Manner in SoHo NYC sits right in the middle of the action and is somewhere between a design forward boutique hotel and a carefully curated private house. Sitting in a triangular plot near Canal Street and 6th Avenue, its bold glassy tower stands apart from the low-rises around. In SoHo, The Mercer has the feel of a hotel that helped define what a Lower Manhattan boutique stay could be long before the neighbourhood became saturated with design-led openings.
