Art Ovation Hotel

Art Ovation is a contemporary boutique hotel in the heart of Sarasota, Florida and an energetic, fun place to be. Part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, Art Ovation Hotel has all the amenities for a luxurious time with a light, creative atmosphere. The building itself isn’t going to blow any minds; it’s large and square with lots of windows. It has some promise, though; it’s not too high, but it does have a rooftop worth seeing. There’s a heavy focus on artwork at here too, with in-house galleries and unique pieces… > Read Our Full Review

Kompose Hotel Sarasota

Boutique hotels are not super widespread in Sarasota, Florida, but we like that there are still some smaller, more design-heavy hotels popping up. Kompose is one, though in our opinion, its location may negate some of the attraction, being so far away from anything walkable. You won’t find a spa or fine dining for example, but that’s really not… > Read Our Full Review

The Inn on Siesta Key

This Inn on Siesta Key near Sarasota is a Florida beach house reimagined as boutique hotel. It’s not super grand, which adds to the exclusivity, in our opinion. Surrounded as it is by multi-story hotels and cookie-cutter apartment buildings, the small, breezy wooden house stands out in the best of ways. It really looks like it belongs to someone’s stubborn grandmother, who refused to be bought out when the bigwig developers came to town. In truth, it’s a mom-and-son operation started in the 90s, though the house was built in… > Read Our Full Review
