Ethereum Luxury Suites just oozes rustic chic. We love the raw stone woven through the hotel decor, echoing the rocky hills that stretch to the wine-dark sea below.
There are plenty of other fancy hotels & resorts nearby, but practically none with such spot-on, inviting design.
It’s all so terribly luxurious too; anyone who wants to feel taken care of and indulged, but still wants some privacy, will be happy here.
An affiliation with the large resort, Palladium, next door means you’re getting all the facilities of a large resort, while still being able to escape to your own gorgeous little oasis.
What are the rooms like?

Private heated pools allow guests endless time to soak without even leaving the room.
They’re installed on patios that look out towards the sea, and the only upgrade any guest can get here is a slightly better view.
Suites feature king-size beds for endless relaxation. Between room service, spacious rooms, and plenty of open air, you could last an entire holiday without leaving your room.
Not that you would. We recommend heading out, at the very least to see the nearby resorts and feel good about your decision.
The pale corals and rosy golds of Ethereum’s decor are a welcome change from the island’s seemingly endless whitewash.
What’s more, they’re hidden inside. Only you understand the thrill of your beautiful, bright, cave-like Suite, all rough walls and soft linens.
Suites feature well-stocked mini bars, TVs, Nespresso machines and kettles, mini fridges and wardrobes so your suitcase in the corner doesn’t harm the vibe.
What are prices like?
And what’s the food like? Any facilities we should know about?
- Palladium Hotel facilities – guests have access to the affiliated resort across the street, including its restaurants, bars, swimming pool, and wellness facilities.
- Buffet breakfast – a generous morning spread is served at the Palladium, with the alternative of breakfast delivered to your suite.
- La Veranda Restaurant – the neighbouring hotel’s restaurant serves quality Greek cuisine in a stylish, relaxed setting.
- Poolside bar – a welcoming outdoor space at the Palladium provides somewhere to enjoy drinks and sunshine.
- Spa & salon – beauty treatments and pampering facilities are available across the street, rather than within Ethereum itself.
- Concierge service – Ethereum’s team can help arrange excursions, transport, and personalised experiences around Mykonos.
We’ll be honest, the arrangement with the Palladium Hotel across the street is a love/hate for us.
We love the facilities there, and we love the chance to stay at a spot like Ethereum without sacrificing any creature comforts.
Still, we’d love to patter to breakfast in a robe, and that’s a bit of a stretch when you have to cross an actual road.
And of course, you can get breakfast sent to your room if you’re really committed to the robe.
The facilities across the way are stylish and fun, a little less refined than Ethereum.
In some ways, it’s a nice change. There’s a bit more of a youthful feeling to the wall murals and funky lamps.
The quality is great as well. The breakfast buffet is sure to satisfy, and La Veranda Restaurant knows how to highlight all the delights of Greek cuisine.
The pool area has a lovely bar, where you can sun and sip. There’s also a spa and salon perfect for a little pampering.
And when it’s time to explore, the Ethereum concierge is ready to make your dreams come true.
How is the neighbourhood? Anything interesting nearby?
- Platis Gialos setting – a popular resort area on Mykonos’ southern coast, known for its beaches, upscale accommodation, and relaxed holiday atmosphere.
- Psarou Beach – an attractive beach surrounded by stylish restaurants and beach clubs, approximately 10 minutes away on foot.
- Southern beaches – several other beautiful beaches along the coast make excellent destinations for day trips.
- Mykonos Town – the restaurants, nightlife, and historic streets of Chora and Little Venice are around 10–15 minutes away by car.
- Island exploration – the hotel can help arrange car or scooter rentals for exploring beaches and attractions further afield.
- Best for beach lovers – the location is particularly suited to relaxing seaside holidays, rather than guests planning to spend every evening partying in town.
Platis Gialos is known for resorts, mainly thanks to the charming beach lining the small southern cove.
Paralia Psarou is walkable, easy to get to, and surrounded by upscale, beachy options for fun and food.
It’s an easy day out just 10 minutes from the hotel.
Other beaches along the southern coast make for great day trips if you’re in the mood. Ethereum Luxury Suites can easily set you up with a car or scooter for your outdoor adventures.
It’s also not far from the centre. A 10-15 minute drive brings you to the clubby coast of Little Venice and the classic stone streets of Chora.
All of this can easily happen with rideshares or taxis; just be prepared to pay Mykonos prices for it.
Even with a super-short drive, we think anyone looking to party in town would be better served staying closer to.
We’ll save Ethereum Luxury Suites for our beach babes.
And what about the reviews? What did other guests think?
Some things guests liked:
“We could not speak more highly of our stay at Ethereum. The hotel itself is so beautiful and the private pool was incredible. It felt luxurious the moment you walked in. It was the perfect location and if we could give a rating of more than 10/10 we would….”
Some things guests didn’t like:
”There’s not much to the hotel itself, you basically just have your room, reception, and a steam room; overall it’s a very small hotel. Everything else is at the lower-tier sister hotel across the street….”
