Bill&Coo, just south of Mykonos centre, offers a darling space to indulge in all the best Aegean views the island has to offer.
It features handsome, simple decor designed to please all and offend none. Like much of the local accommodation, it relies on the sea for ‘wow’ factor, and wisely doesn’t try to compete.
We’re talking large windows, extensive balconies, and lots of outside dining and common areas to side-eye your other glamorous guests in.
Bill&Coo we have a perfect combination of contemporary design, natural elements, perfect size, breathtaking views, and top-notch service.
What are the rooms like?
- 35 rooms – an intimate collection of luxurious suites and villas, with accommodation starting at a generous 36 square metres.
- Mediterranean design – soft whites, natural stone, warm wood, and understated furnishings create a fresh, elegant atmosphere.
- Private outdoor spaces – most suites feature secluded patios or balconies designed for enjoying the sea views.
- One-bedroom villas – additional privacy makes them particularly appealing, while connecting options can accommodate families and groups.
- Luxury essentials – minibars, Nespresso machines, televisions, robes, and slippers add to the comfort of every stay.

We love some classic hotel atmosphere, and Bill&Coo isn’t trying to reinvent the wheel here.
The accommodation here is just intimate enough for you to feel special, without feeling residential.
Rooms offer plenty of seclusion, most featuring private patios for lazy afternoons and indulgent evenings.
The decor comes decidedly handsome in a collection of whites, off-whites, stone and wood.
Patios with pools are separated by geometric columns with a rusty appearance, like they were found on the beach.
Our simplest option is a suite, with double doors opening toward a seaside balcony and slatted wood wardrobes.
It’s fresh and light, starting at a roomy 36 square metres.
Of course, other Sea View Suites include jetted tubs and plunge pools, so we’d probably spring for one of those.
The One-bedroom Villas do basically the same, with some added privacy. They can also be connected for larger groups or families.
Whatever you choose, you’ll enjoy a delightful mini bar, Nespresso machine, and robes and slippies you can snuggle in while you watch TV.

And what’s the food like? Any facilities we should know about?
- Poolside dining – casual lunches, drinks, and light bites can be enjoyed beside the swimming pool.
- YĒVO Restaurant – the hotel’s fine-dining restaurant offers sophisticated Greek cuisine accompanied by beautiful sea views.
- Valmont Spa – an atmospheric wellness centre with a jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, sound bath, and an extensive treatment menu.
- Fitness studio – a compact, modern gym provides workout facilities alongside the spa.
- Concierge experiences – the team can arrange local excursions, tastings, and other personalised activities around Mykonos.
Breakfast is served out in the common area, with plenty of variety. Whatever your ideal morning looks like, we think you’ll be able to make it happen at Bill&Coo.
You’ve then got a few options for lunch and dinner. We love poolside service ourselves, nothing better than a casual wine and cheese by the water.
Get a bit fancier at YĒVO Restaurant, Bill&Coo’s fine dining option. They serve Greek cuisine done up in its best suit, a great chance for an unforgettable evening of food while the sea dances in the distance.
Other facilities include a small but sleek fitness studio attached to a gorgeous wellness center.
The subterranean vibes of Bill&Coo’s Valmont Spa are a delight, adorned in low lighting for a calming experience.
A jacuzzi, sauna, sound and steam bath round out a long menu of facials, massages, and beauty treatments.
For a long list of recommended experiences, chat with the concierge. They’re well-prepared to arrange tastings, excursions, and more.
How is the neighbourhood? Anything interesting nearby?
- Just south of town – a peaceful hotel-oriented setting close enough to enjoy Mykonos Town without staying in its busiest streets.
- Megali Ammos Beach – a nearby sandy beach offers an easy spot for a coastal stroll, although swimming conditions aren’t ideal.
- Little Venice – the famous waterfront neighbourhood, with its bars and restaurants, is around 20 minutes away on foot.
- Historic Mykonos – the island’s iconic windmills, whitewashed lanes, and cobbled streets are all within walking distance or a short drive.
- Nearby tavernas – a handful of local restaurants provide alternatives to dining at the hotel.
The neighbourhood directly around Bill&Coo is limited, offering many other hotels and a small handful of cute tavernas.
Luckily, you’re an easy walk to the centre of town. The club-lined coast of Little Venice is a simple 20-minute walk, though the road isn’t the most relaxing.
Still, it’s hard to find something that’s not enjoyable in the centre of the city. Nearby Paralia Megali Ammos offers a sandy spot for a beach walk, though the swimming isn’t great.
All the attractions of the centre, the windmills, the cobblestones, will be within walking distance or a short drive.
It’s an ideal spot to get to know the centre of the city, while still being able to get away from any chaos you might find.
And what about the reviews? What did other guests think?
Some things guests liked:
“The staff here are absolutely incredible; everyone has great pride and takes so much care into their work. The breakfast is the best of the best. And I had a massage here and definitely the best I’ve ever had…..”
Some things guests didn’t like:
”Ok if I need to find one tiny detail – no windows in the gym, as it is in the basement….”
