And what about the reviews? What did other guests think?
Some things guests liked:
“Great place in Austin to be close to downtown but not in the thick of everything. South Congress is perfect for walking and shopping, and the hotel is in the center of it all!….”
“Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The property was beautiful and location was right in the middle of the cute part of SOCO. The various restaurants and bars was the cherry on top!…”
Some things guests didn’t like:
”For this standard of hotel, I felt the maintenance of the room was not up to date. The wooden desk/counter was quite chipped, leather top marked and stitching was worn. Also some paint missing/scratches on the wall by the TV and all the television cabling was messy … should have been tidied up better….”
”It would have been nice to have a more private shower, the glass wall was uncomfortable in the bathroom that could be seen from the bedroom. If traveling as a couple, no problem, but good to note if with family or friends….”
