What are prices like?
And what’s the food like? Any facilities we should know about?
- Restaurant: Onsite dining with wood-fired pizzas and extensive menu options.
- Service: Staff assist with private rentals, stocking fridges, and recommendations.
- Diet: Options for vegetarians and other dietary preferences.
The onsite restaurant, which goes by the same slightly confusing name as the hotel, is a don’t-miss.
The menu revolves around a large, wood-fired, brick oven, out of which emerges some truly delightful combinations of carb and cheese.
Vegetarians will appreciate more than just a classic margarita set to fit their diets, and meat lovers will drool over the hot cured meats piled on a slab of provolone-blessed crust.
There’s an extensive menu of salads, sides and pastas to go along with the pizzas.
It’s a sleep-over-the-bar situation, so you’ll want to go elsewhere if you want a masseuse in your room or a gym overlooking the city skyline.
The service, however, is impeccable, and the staff will be happy to give recommendations, assist with private rentals, and even stock the fridge.

And what about the reviews? What did other guests think?
Some things guests liked:
”Comfy. Huge, and amazing dinner in the restaurant too! This is an excellent hotel with huge rooms. And the restaurant is awesome too. Not the quietest because of the train but we knew that and like the vibe! The bed is so comfortable!! Loved it…”
”This would be my second home if I came to Philly more often. The room was incredibly warm and inviting. Everything I could have ever asked for, was there. I listened to at least a dozen albums. Very quiet for location. The restaurant downstairs was incredible. Great drinks and the food was even better!!…”
Some things guests didn’t like:
”Could have snacks or items to use / purchase. Free or to buy would have been fine. Only had a jug of water…..”
”Only challenge was parking. There is a big pay lot across the street. It was not a big deal at all. And seriously parking in Philly is a train wreck in itself……”
