The ultimate descriptor for the rooms here is spacious, an impression amplified by plenty of natural light and cleverly chosen furnishings that seem to blend into the walls.
It’s not a gleaming white surfaces kind of minimalism, more like a soft leather, glass table, and giant windowed sleekness.
Each apartment offers a full kitchen, working area, hardwood floors and artwork specifically chosen to complement the impressive houseplants and hand-picked rugs.
King-sized beds are decked out in Sferra linens, and 4k TVs come with Apple TV and stereo systems.

Washers and dryers are in each apartment, with same-day dry cleaning available on request.
A one-bedroom will keep a solo occupant quite happy, the extra den is great for a couple working remotely. Groups or non-couples will love the two-bedroom, two-bathroom option.

And what about the reviews? What did other guests think?
Some things guests liked:
”Our stay was awesome with the usual friendly staff and amazing modern clean accommodation. We booked the unit with the den and additional space was really worth it and so much better than a regular hotel. I also left our passports behind in the safe and the amazing Roost team had them overnighted to me in NYC the same day ahead of my departure out of the US. Roost has a guest for life for my quarterly business trips to the States….”
”The property is modern, well appointed and clean. The additional amenities were excellent. The cinema room, yoga studio and gym were amazing. And, though I didn’t get to use it, the heated pool was large and clean….”
Some things guests didn’t like:
”Our first apartment was a little smaller than the one we had reserved but the manager was very helpful and moved us to a larger one, no issue….”
”Parking is not available through the unit/rental contract. We found that any parking that was at all close ran $50+ night with no in/out privilege…..”
