For the utmost in Florida boutique luxury, take a look at this Palm Beach beauty.
A courtyard-studded 1920s era Colonial mansion, The Brazilian Court beautifully balances authenticity and personality with branded luxury splendor.
There’s an ageless kind of calm elegance here and the courtyards particularly seem to brim with natural beauty, peace, and quiet.
It also has a litany of creature comforts that will keep even the most discriminating guests happy.
We’re talking BMWs, yachts, onsite salons, the works. The beach isn’t as close as it could be, but it’s easily accessible, and anyone who values comfort over waterfront will find it an easy choice.
It’s definitely an indoor kitty vibe, designed for those that like to feel around the sea rather than inside it.
That doesn’t mean an affluent beach bum won’t get anything out of it. Indeed it would be quite a challenge for anyone to leave without feeling completely indulged.
There’s much to love then, but it’s sure not cheap; The Brazilian Court is one of Palm Beach’s priciest options.
So if you’re not usually one for hotels with, say, complimentary yacht rides as standard, you might not feel the need to stretch to this kind of budget.
What are the rooms like?

The hotel offers rooms and suites, starting at a lovely 400 square feet.
They’re as luxurious as promised, and the interiors blow your average hotel out of the water. There’s no wall-to-wall carpet, no sea of beige.
They’re opulent in a soft way, with decor designed to complement large botanical paintings set behind either a king bed or two doubles.
The Wisteria options have a little more romance, with pink and green accents set next to dark wood furnishings.
The Palma rooms have enough Blanche Devereaux charm to turn anyone’s head, and the wicker accents lend a relaxed atmosphere.
Suites are at least 700 square feet and have similar options. The Lanai Suites share the Palma Rooms’ chill.
The Wisteria Suites feel like the posh lodgings of a top officer with an estranged ex-wife and a slightly worrying bourbon habit on your favorite cop show.
The level of luxury doesn’t change a bit. All lodgings have iPad controls, HDTVs, robes, mini bars, mini fridges, and some of the plushest bedding on the Atlantic coast.
Bathrooms feature marble tubs with jets and showers for those who prefer an upright cleanse.

And what’s the food like? Any facilities we should know about?
- Dining: One restaurant, Café Boulud, with breakfast, gourmet dinner, and weekend brunch.
- Facilities: Complimentary 2-hour yacht cruise, full-service salon, pool and hot tub, 24-hour fitness center, transportation options.
The biggest difference between The Brazilian Court Hotel and a bigger luxury chain is only one dining option.
In our opinion, the service, privacy, and other amenities make it entirely worth it.
On the off chance you wanted to eat every meal at the hotel and not get bored, and still came to a boutique hotel website, you could check other options.
Café Boulud, however, won’t bore you quickly. It’s an award-winning establishment with multiple dining areas, all on par with the rest of the hotel.
Cuisine is a modern kind of French, delicate and heavy on the local ingredients. You can enjoy the food for any meal, with an additional weekend brunch.
All sorts of other amenities make this one of the most luxurious hotels in Palm Beach.
The complimentary 2-hour yacht cruise is an attention-getter, of course. Yet, the full-service salon should not be overlooked, nor should the full-service pool and hot tub.
There’s a 24-hour fitness center for anyone who has a routine to uphold, and complimentary transportation to most of the top spots in the area. Bike or BMW, you choose.
How is the location? Anything interesting nearby?
- Location: Central Palm Beach, 8-minute walk to beach, 5-minute walk to Worth Ave.
- Culture: Walkable to Flagler Museum and Society of the Four Arts.
- Nearby: 10-minute drive to Cityplace, Raymond F. Kravis Center, and Norton Museum of Art.
To be fair, it’s hard to find a bad location in Palm Beach.
Technically, the hotel is far from the beach as you can get, but in Palm Beach this means it takes 8 minutes to walk rather than 3.
It’s also quite close to Worth Ave, the shopping, eating, and being seen center of Palm Beach. You can walk there in 5 minutes.
For culture, you’re walking distance from both the Flagler Museum and the Society of the Four Arts.
If you really want to hit a lot of sightseeing, head into West Palm Beach for some ‘inner city’ time.
The bars and restaurants of Cityplace are just a 10-minute drive. The Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts is right near that, or you can head a bit further in to check out the Norton Museum of Art.
And what about the reviews? What did other guests think?
Some things guests liked:
“Great location. Friendly people. Very convenient limousine was always available….”
“I love the Brazilian Court. It’s in a neighborhood and very walkable to Worth Avenue, shopping and restaurants. It has a stylish and chill vibe. The staff are so nice, accommodating, and on the ball! I’ll never stay anywhere else in Palm Beach….”
Some things guests didn’t like:
”Too pricey for no hot water, the staff didn’t really care….”
”The bathroom was very dated and you had to step over a large bathtub to get into the shower. Our room was nice but the AC was broke and the sink didn’t drain properly….”
