- Access: Easy drives to Griffith Park, Silverlake, Beverly Hills, and shopping districts.

While it might be tempting to stay in the Prospect Hotel’s refined vintage, there’s plenty outside that are must-sees.
Hollywood is one of the most central of LA’s many neighborhoods; you won’t be far from many of LA’s highlights.
Take an Uber east to Silverlake or Griffith Park to explore some of LA on foot, or head west for shopping and museums.
While Hollywood Boulevard won’t offer the same high-end shopping as Beverly Hills, the entertainment in the area is unparalleled.
Whitley Heights is at the heart of Hollywood’s origin story, and you’ll feel the history of the entertainment industry as you explore the local area.
Even if you don’t get into Neil Patrick Harris’ invite-only Magic Castle, the Dolby, Pantages, and of course the Chinese Theatre are nearby.
You’ll easily find bands playing at local bars every day of the week, and both the Greek Theatre and the Hollywood Bowl are just a short drive away.
And what about the reviews? What did other guests think?
Some things guests liked:
“Such a beautiful boutique hotel, located in a quiet area. Being at the hotel feels like a little oasis away from the busyness of LA. We were in the Steve McQueen room which was stunning – the bed was huge, very comfortable and the shower had a very good pressure. They provide a complementary breakfast of pastries, juices and coffee which was perfect to start the day. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. There is parking available at the back of the hotel with EV chargers should you require it.……”
“Absolutely lovely! The rooms, the common areas, the lush landscaping, the exceptionally friendly staff. We’re so happy to have found this place!…….”
Some things guests didn’t like:
”Hollywood Boulevard, which is around the corner, is a bit tough….”
”The breakfast is poor (only croissant and some fruit) with no possibility of choice….”
