This idyllic retreat, less than an hour south of Seville, puts you halfway to the coast and fully into relaxation mode. Hacienda de San Rafael is a super-intimate hotel, with only 14 rooms, but occupies the entirety of an old olive estate. The concept was born in 1989, after the building, and presumably its surroundings, had fallen into disrepair.
