BoHo Prague Hotel’s rich wood facade and floor-to-ceiling windows are an excellent introduction to a handsome hotel that receives enormously high guest reviews.
Billed as a wellness boutique hotel, the main goal is to make you feel better, a challenge it rises well to in the middle of Prague’s tourist centre.
The lighting is warm and sultry, even while natural light pours in. Rooms feel laid-back and homey, the restaurant is excellent and the spa facilities top-notch.

Rooms are easily the most accessible part of the hotel, though they’re on the edge of hotel-y.
They’re brightly decorated, with light wood, friendly blue textiles, and cute mod furnishings.
There’s not a lot of variety or super-unique touches, but the amenities are well-curated, comfy, and cute.
They’ve also got plenty of space. BoHo Prague’s Standard rooms are 22 square metres, with nothing you’ll want to immediately write home about, for better or for worse.
Bathrooms are nicely designed, which is always a plus, and each one has a bathtub perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.
We think suites are a little more memorable, with some unique architectural features, plenty of space, and super-roomy bathrooms with gorgeous tile.
Whatever option you go for, you’ll enjoy desks, some kind of seating, LCD TVs and minibars.

And what’s the food like? Any facilities we should know about?
- Relaxed dining: – patio-style restaurant space feels bright and easygoing.
- Varied menu: – mix of cuisines gives plenty of choice, even if it lacks a clear theme.
- Good drinks: – wine, beer, and cocktails seem well covered.
- Spa highlight: – sauna, steam room, and treatments lean heavily into wellness.
- Calm spaces: – interiors feel modern and uncluttered, ideal for unwinding.
The bar at BoHo Prague is a little on the generic side, but the small patio-like area by the BoHo Hotel Prague Restaurant is quite excellent.
There’s plenty of light, some greenery, and cheerful, nicely selected decor that makes your meals laid-back yet upscale.
We can’t decide if we like the all kinds of cuisine at the restaurant, which offers chi-chi dishes from all traditions.
It makes for a great selection, but we do love a theme. The wine, beer and cocktail list, however, will have you sorted.
Once you’re ready to relax, head to the spa.
BoHo Prague markets itself as a wellness hotel, meaning it puts a lot of effort into the on-site spa.
It’s another sleek, modern, yet unpretentious space, with lots of windows and shiny tiles.
The dry sauna is impressive, a large wooden area with glass walls properly designed for a good sweat.
The steam room, massages and other wellness therapies make for a supremely relaxing stay.
How is the neighbourhood? Anything interesting nearby?
- Old Town setting: – right in Prague’s busiest and most historic area.
- Top sights: – Astronomical Clock and key landmarks are just a short walk away.
- Easy exploring: – museums, cafés, and restaurants sit all around the hotel.
- Riverside access: – bridges and scenic walks are within reach.
- Busy but central: – lively surroundings balanced by the hotel’s calm interiors.
Since we’re in Prague’s Old Town, this is probably for the best.
It can be very crowded, sure, but it’s an easy distance to all the top attractions and at the end of the day, there’s a steam room to be getting back to at the hotel.
You’ll find cafés, restaurants, and endless history just minutes away.
The Prague Astronomical Clock, Klementinum, the Church of Our Lady before Týn, and any number of other museums are an easy walk.
Or, head to Manes Bridge, 20 minutes through the neighbourhood. Once you cross the river, you’ll be in a whole new world, near both the Kafka Museum and Prague Hotel.
Or head south to Nové Město. Guests can walk from BoHo Prague to the National Museum in less than 15 minutes.
Once there, head towards the river past the National Theatre and Wenceslas Square.
They’re all within a reasonable walking distance, or you can test out the city’s public transport.
