The Dylan, Dublin’s only 5-star boutique hotel, has 72 rooms neatly tucked away just steps from Baggot Street and the Grand Canal. Recently redesigned and renovated to great effect, we think it certainly looks the part. More modern in style now, post-renovation, of course, much of that old-style elegance, though, is still on display.
